What services do you offer?

We currently offer local dog walking, pack walks, puppy visits and feeding. For more information see our services.

Do you take puppies?

We are happy to accept puppies for walking and provided they have had their initial vaccinations. Puppy visits can be arranged before this.

Will you let my dog go off lead?

We will only allow your dog off the lead with your permission, a signature on our client form or in writing. We will also only let your dog off once we are sure they are comfortable with us and we are happy with their recall.

Do you accept reactive dogs?

Yes for walking. We would walk your dog solo to avoid ay incidents with other dogs in our care. 

Do you administer medication?

We are happy to administer oral and topical medication as per your instructions.

Do you accept unneutered dogs?

Unneutered male and female dogs may not be on the same pack walk, unless they are from the same household. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Walking bookings will be liable for full payment if cancelled within 24 hours of the walk and 50% payment if cancelled within 48 hours of the walk, unless your dog is taken ill and requires veterinary attention. We may ask for proof of vet visit.

No charge for bookings if cancelled by DBC.

Can you still walk my dog if I am isolating due to Covid-19?

Yes. We are happy to continue walking your dog if you are isolating, regardless of whether this is due to symptoms, a postive test or shielding. We will use our own leads and towels and wash in between uses. If you are isolating due to symptoms or a positive test we will ask you to also wear a face covering and sanitise your hands as well. We will discuss with you the best way to hand your dog over for their walk as this may be different in each case.

Are you accepting new clients during Covid-19?

Yes. We always have a meet and greet before a new dog joins our pack, however due to local or national restrictions this may not always be possible. We will try to arrange an outdoor, socially distanced meeting, or alternatively we can have a phone conversation. Each situation is different and we are happy to adapt to comply with the Covid-19 guidelines.
